Most things are medium or lower, but certainly turn off Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, that's a performance impact on most hardware. With these settings I get 40-60fps, with the framerate cap in game turned on.So I run the graphics settings on standard desktop. In populated areas, including 24 mans, I get about 30-40 fps.
