This is my second waster, the first being the two hander I purchased circa 2003. In comparison, the cross guard is a bit larger and the blade feels a bit beefier. I also wish that the new one came with the Purpleheart Armory logo burned into it, as did the first. These differences are minor. Love the new sword.

The chest protector wraps around your chest, so you can vary from the dimension shown and it will just open up a bit more. If you are tall, use the #2, if your chest is short, use the #1.
