This is not a good way to actually play a wild shape druid. PF2e is a well-balanced game, and this means classes with spells are balanced differently from classes without spells. Even if you choose to spend all your time in a wild shape form you still have the option of spellcasting, and that is factored into the balance of how powerful forms are.

What this version does is, after all of the stats have been modified, and the extension’s Wild Shape routines are about to end, the “most important” stat, in this case the ability scores, are “tickled”.
