The Popur has never yet gotten stuck mid cycle, but it’s early days yet. The Litter Robot 3 didn’t get stuck until we had it a year. If your unit has a solid red light bar but is stuck in the middle of a cycle, this means that excess weight has been detected or the cat sensor laser was triggered.
