This combination is working well for me so far.I can confirm this worked for me! Usually have both uBlock Origin (with the added UserResourceLocation line) and TTV LOL going for good measure, but today I saw the "Commercial Break in Progress" screen. Disabled TTV LOL in Chrome but left uBlock as-is, now I don't see the commercial break screen anymore. Thank you!

This will remove ads more efficiently but will stay limited to your browser. Personally, I use 3 services at the same time.
