This is a massive outage across all of Starlink. We had about 30 solid minutes of downtime, and it has come back in a very bad state of up and down with over 25% average packet loss -- so down 1/4 of the time. It's barely usable. Problems started last Thursday with glitchy browsing and packet loss between 1 and 3%. Before it was near 0% packet loss. No obstructions.
