My Kree minions' TCP is 145k, all level 60 at G11, Oracle has 4y, 4rs, Cyborg 2y, 2rs and the rest all at 3y, 3rs. Abilities only at 5/5/3, except for EDIT: Reaper not Oracle with 6/6/3. RS range from 2-6. I would do Reaper, Noble, Oracle, RG, Cyborg.
