I don't know what it is, but in the past few months I've gotten multiple deliveries that have been missing things I've paid for. Today it was a $14 entree and a side I paid $4 extra for, last week it was two drinks, etc. When this happens, I go through the app and report that I didn't get the item(s) and it credits me. Simple enough.
